Dear Friends and Neighbors,

As I reflect on my journey and the community we share, I am deeply grateful for the conversations we've had and the challenges we've faced together. Elk Grove is more than just a place to live—it's our home. And like you, I want to see it thrive for all of us.

In previous city council races, I was the only candidate to stand against raising our sales tax because I believe in solutions that don’t place additional burdens on hardworking families. My priority has always been to protect your financial well-being while ensuring our city has the resources it needs to grow. Additionally, with my background in providing safety and wellness services, I understand what it takes to foster a community where everyone can feel secure, supported, and valued. This isn't just theory for me—it's experience. And I’m ready to bring that experience to the role of mayor.

Most importantly, I believe that some of the greatest challenges we face, i.e.  homelessness to affordable housing, require solutions that reflect the diverse needs of our community. A one-size-fits-all approach will not work. This is why I'll remain committed to addressing these issues with empathy, creativity, and by working directly with you to find answers that fit Elk Grove.

Together, we can create a future where every resident feels involved and proud to call Elk Grove home.
